When we send your confirmation of order, nocontract exists between us until we send you an invoice. This term exists toprotect both parties due to frequent fluctuations in market prices and productavailability. In the case of a change of price or productspecification/availability, we will always contact you first to ensure that theprice/alternative is acceptable.
Credit AccountsUniconomy Limited is happy to offer credit accounts of up to 30 days from endof month, i.e. payment is due at the end of the month following delivery afterwhich all pending deliveries will be suspended until full payment is received.To open an account with us, simply select the ‘Click here to Register’ .
Shipping And Handling Our standard delivery charge is £12 for allorders of 1-10 cases. Low cost bulk products such as janitorial and paperproducts are subject to a delivery chargeof £40.00. Free delivery on all orders of £500 and above. Deliveries are normally within 10 workingdays.
Minimum order1 full case. Aerosols are normally packed in multiples of 20 per case. A caseof mixed aerosols totalling 20 can be accommodated. Liquid products are normally packed in 12x 1 litre, 4 x 5 litre, 205litre or 1000 litre. Mixedcases of 12x 1 litre or 4 x 5 litre canbe accommodated.
DeliveryOrders will be delivered to the address shown on the order form. All deliverieswill require a signature. Delivery charges refer to UK mainland only. Uniconomy candeliver to anywhere in the World Charges for Channel Islands, Isle of Man,Northern and Southern Ireland, Europe and the Rest of the World on request, please call 01253 854050 for prices.
Tax Charges Fororders made from the UK,the standard VAT rate applicable at the time is added.

Returns Policy All claims for damaged or mis-picked products mustbe made in writing within five working days of receipt of delivery. If for anyreason the products you receive are either faulty or damaged, notify us within7 days of receipt and we will replace all unused goods or refund the payment.
